Hub doesn't remember last project location
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Hub 3.0.0-Beta
2. Click on New Project
3. Change the location to something other than the default location
4. Click on Create
5. Repeat steps 2-4
Expected result: Location remains the previously selected Location
Actual result: Location switches back to the default Location
Reproducible with: Hub 3.0.0-Beta
Not reproducible with: Hub 2.4.4
