Hub does not show previously opened projects in external storage devices when the storage device is disconnected, reconnected and then the Hub is opened

2. Create a new project on the external storage device
3. Close the Hub
4. Disconnect the external storage device
5. Open and close the Hub
6. Connect the external storage device back in
7. Open and observe the Hub
Expected results: Projects, that were on an external storage device before disconnecting, are among the other projects in the Hub when the device is connected again
Actual results: Projects, that were on an external storage device before disconnecting, are still visible among the other projects in the Hub when the device is connected again
Reproducible in: 3.7.0
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: The Hub has to be fully closed for the issue to successfully reproduce
