[HDRP][Ubuntu] Water Samples Showcase required settings not found in window Project Settings
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new HDRP Project.
# Go to Package Manager > High Definition RP > Samples and import Water Samples.
# Open one of the Water Samples scenes. i.e. Glacier.
# In the samples showcase tab, there is a warning box saying the following settings are required. Click any of these buttons.
*Actual results:* Project Settings window opens, no setting is highlighted, a warning is displayed in console.
*Expected results:* No warning, the corresponding setting is highlighted.
*Reproducible with versions:* Ubuntu 20.04 - HDRP 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1)
*Not reproducible with versions:* Windows 11, MacOS - HDRP 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1)
*Can’t test with versions:* HDRP 14.0.11 (2022.3.26f1), HDRP 12.1.14 (2021.3.37f1) - no water sample available
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 11, MacOS 12.7
*Notes:*
* This seems to be platform specific issue. Reproduces on Ubuntu but not on Windows or Mac, with the same package and editor version.
* The required settings recognise when they have been enabled if you manually find the settings.
* Attached video of this issue occurring.
* Console warning:
{{Item m_RenderPipelineSettings.supportWaterFoam not found in window Project Settings.}}
