[HDRP] Materials Samples Showcase links to docs are broken
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new High Definition 3D project.
# In Window > Package Manager > High Definition RP, download "Material Samples" from the Samples Tab.
# Open "Eye" scene. Click the "eye" link in the Samples Showcase window.
# Open "Hair" scene. Click the "Hair Shading" link in the Samples Showcase window.
*Actual results:* Steps 3&4 links lead to missing pages.
*Expected results:* No issue with the links in editor window.
*Reproducible with versions:* HDRP 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1)
*Couldn't test:* HDRP 17.0.0 (2023.3.0a7), couldn't locate a Samples Showcase window.
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 20.04

* As this is a link issue, I didn't regression test this much. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is required.
