[HDRP] [DXR] Ray-traced reflection ignores changes with MaterialPropertyBlock
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1263306"
2. Open the Test Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Quad and its reflection on the floor
Expected result: The reflection of the Quad matches the red color of the Quad
Actual result: The reflection does not match the Quad
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0a18(9.0.0-preview.33, 10.0.0-preview.14)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(DXR was not yet available), 2019.4.5f1(No Quad reflection and "RayTracing for Dynamic Geometry was not implemented yet" warning is thrown)
