Graphics.Blit flips the image on D3D in 5.4
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open s.scene
3. Enter play mode
Expected: Game view remains the same
Actual: It's upside down
Regression: Yes
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b7, 5.4.0b5
Does not reproduce on: 5.3.2p4
Likely duplicate of other "in 5.4 game view is upside down" issues.
