[GL][OSX] CPU Skinning is generating artifacts
Repro steps:
1) Open the project RootMotion and Scene.scene in it
2) Make sure GPU Skinning is off in the Player settings
3) Play the scene and notice the artifacts generated (.gif 1)
4) Turn on GPU Skinning and notice no artifacts are being generated
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b4 with Metal and OpenGLCore
No repro: 5.4.0b2 ; 5.3.1p3; 5.2.3p3

Marked as fixed in the 5.3.3p2 patch notes, but issue still exists. Switching to Graphics API to OpenGL2 is a temporary solution.
