Entering Play mode in Unity makes the scene very bright in a project after migrating from 2020.3 to 2021.2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from the provided link
2. Enter Play mode
Expected results: The scene is darker ( Press the restart scene button in the top left corner of the Play mode)
Actual results: The scene is is very light
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a2
Note: The user mentioned that this bug appeared with the project right after moving from 2020 to 2021
