[Editor] The "F" keyboard button to Focus on a GameObject in the Scene view does not work
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a GameObject to a scene
2. Select the GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Move mouse over the Scene View
4. Press the "F" key on the keyboard.
5. Observe, the camera does not focus on the GameObject and the Hierarchy GUI is playing the highlighting animation every frame.
