Editor freezes when tryDequeue() is used after NativeQueue<T>ParallelWriter.Enqueue() method
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("NativeQueue-Parallel-Enqueue-Leak.zip")
2. Enter GameView
Actual result: Observe the freeze
Reproducible with: 2018.4.6f1 (Collections 0.0.9 p12), 2019.1.14f1 (0.1.1), 2019.2.1f1 (0.1.1), 2019.3.0a12 (0.1.1)
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1 (Package manager was not present)
