Unity fails creating or switching projects within the Editor if "VIPRE Internet Security" is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure that you have "VIPRE Internet Security" installed
2. Open "VIPRE" and go to Manage --> Firewall and enable Process Protection
3. Open or create Unity project
4. Go to File --> New Project
5. Create another project
Expected result: Current project turns off, another project is created and Unity opens it
Actual result: Current project turns off, project is not created, Unity doesn't open
Reproducible with - 2017.1.0a3, 5.6.0f1
Not reproducible with - 5.5.2p3, 5.4.5f1
Notes:
1. Creating a project from a Unity startup window works fine
2. Switching projects with file New --> Open Project within the editor, comes up with the same bug
