Cursor interaction with UI elements is disabled when Cursor.lockState is set to Locked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “cursorLockMode_issue” project
2. Open the Test_WorldSpaceUI scene and enter Play mode
3. Press “Space” to set the Cursor.lockState to Locked (Press “F” to set lockState to None)
4. Try to hover over or click the button
Expected result: Interaction with UI elements is possible, the button is clickable
Actual result: The button is not clickable
Reproducible in: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
* This problem does not depend on cursor visibility, as it does not reproduce when setting the Cursor.visible property to false (with Cursor.lockState set to None)
* Also reproducible in Player
