Clicking on an input field with navigation mode set to None fails to activate it
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the ActivateInputFieldTest.unity scene
3. Press play
4. Click on the input field and try typing. Notice how the input field was not activated
5. Use navigation keys
6. Notice how the input field is now activated
