CanvasGroup Interactable state not controlled by Button when built in WebGL
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1370655_repro.zip")
2. Switch the Platform to WebGL in Build Settings
3. Build and Run the project
4. Click the "Disable" button
Expected result: The CanvasGroup is not interactable
Actual result: The CanvasGroup is still interactable
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.6f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.0a2, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
