Button can't be clicked if Z scale is set to 0
Repro steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Create a Button
3. Set the Canvas "Render mode" to "World Space"
4. Set the Buttons Z Scale to 0
5. Enter Play mode
6. Click on the Button

Expected Result: The Button clicks
Actual Result: The Button can't be clicked
