Build freezes on Application.Quit when Analytics are disabled at runtime
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached "case_1300333.zip"
2. Select Window/General/Services and make sure that Analytics service is enabled
3. Build the SampleScene
4. Launch the build
5. Press K to exit the build
Expected result: Build is closed
Actual result: Build freezes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b8, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.3.0b7
Note: Might require multiple tries to experience the freeze
