Baking navmesh with "Fit to scene" enabled bakes it only for parts of the scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene 1
3. Select Plane (notice Fit to scene is enabled)
4. Bake all
5. Notice that only one of the planes (if physics collider is used), or half of both planes get navmesh (if render mesh is used) - screens attached
