[Android][Vulkan] Shader is rendered incorrectly in the Player when using Vulkan Graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_61911" project
2. In the Project Settings, make sure the "Vulkan" Graphics API is selected
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown, select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Cube in the Player is not black
Actual result: Cube in the Player is black
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.0a9
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
