[Android]Very long build times in Android due to assets in 'Resources' folder being split up into individual files
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) In Resources folder, fill it with a lot of Assets
2) Build it for Android on 5.2 and 5.3 - notice that the build process is increased heavily, mostly during "Building assets" step
