[Android] Graphics fail completely on certain devices - GLES3 selected on some GLES2 devices
On certain devices which do not fully support GLES3 graphics fail completely, if GLES3 is selected as a primary graphics API
Affected devices:
Samsung Galaxy Grand
Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
Samsung Galaxy J1
Samsung Galaxy XCover3

I'm using "unity 2017.1.1f1" on "Samsung Tab A" this issue still exists.

Still not working on 5.4.0f3
