[Android] The Player crashes when the project with com.google.android.play:core:1.10.0 is built
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run on an Android device
Expected result: The Player does not crash and continues to run
Actual result: Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.22f1
Could not test with: 2023.2.16f1, 6000.0.0b13 (Gradle Errors when building)

Resolution Note:
Unity uses play core libraries 2.x now and is not compatible with 1.x.
Also, on newest Android versions play core 1.x is not supported either. The project needs to be updated to use newer play code libraries.
