Importing .dds file causes Editor crash
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Import the attached "HDR Realistic 2k.dds" file
3. Notice that Unity crashes
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
