Microsoft Speech Recognition doesn't work in 64-bit editor
To reproduce:
1) Make sure you have Windows Speech Recognition set up
2) Open attached project and scene
3) Open the script and uncomment all Debug lines
4) Play it
5) Hold "Space" - DictationRecognizer runs while it's held down
6) Try saying a sentence
Expected: On both editors it should work normally and output in console what you are saying
Actual: On 64-bit editor, it does not work and return UnknownError
Reproduced in 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a6

This isn't really fixed - I just upgraded to 5.5.1f1 and still can't run the Dictation Recognizer in a 64-bit build. 32-bit build works fine, but that makes my VR app run poorly so it isn't an option.
