Screen Space Shadows flicker in Scene View when using Deferred Rendering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open Assets\BugDeferredScreenShadows Scene
3. Move around the Scene using the Scene View Camera
Expected result: There are no visual artifacts
Actual result: Shadows flicker
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b2, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b1)
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.1 (Could not downgrade)
