Editor crashes with mono_get_lmf or g_logv when opening project with updated Oculus Integration version

Package: Oculus Android

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Install Oculus Integration package
3. Update to 1.30.1 and reopen Editor

Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes

Users reproduced the issue with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.4.11f1, 2018.2.13f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a13

Notes:
- Bug is reproducible on systems with a processor with an older Architecture than Sandy Bridge as they do not support AVX. It should be reproducible on both Editor(Windows platform) and Standalone Build

  1. Resolution Note:

This issue is due to running Oculus integration on a CPU that does not support AVX. Please refer to Oculus minimum hardware specs: https://support.oculus.com/204823846627499/

I am also developing with Mac OS 10.13.6
and I can import when I deselect the AudioPluginOculusSpatializer.bundle!
    Thanks.

I am only able to import the Oculus Integration package when I deselect the AudioPluginOculusSpatializer.bundle

I do not know what problems this will cause going forward. I assume this has something to do either with the age of my Mac or the OS version I am running (High Sierra 10.13.6)

Note. I am developing on a Mac not for a Mac platform.
