[XR][XR SDK] Tree Shadows Disappear when edge of FoV is reached
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("1234785Repro.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Move HMD so that the edge of shadow can be seen
Expected result: Shadow remains visible
Actual result: Shadow disappears
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20
