XR Device Simulator - Hands reset causes them to fly away

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached repro project; open HandsDemoScene.
  2. Enter Play mode.
  3. Press h to see hands. 
  4. Press v to recenter hands. 
  5. Move the mouse up and down to move the HMD as if you were nodding your head "yes". 
  6. Move the mouse left and right to move the HMD as if you were sharing your head "no".

Actual results: 

The hands become offset from their intended position. 

Expected results: 

The hands should remain where they were while you move the HMD.

Reproducible with versions: 

Unity 6000.4.1f1 with XRI 3.4.1.

Not reproducible with versions:

Did not test with other versions of Unity and/or XRI.
Tested on (OS): 

MacOS 26.4.1.

    Fixed issue in `OneEuroFilterVector3` where speeds were occasionally negative which would cause unexpected behavior when resetting the hands in the `XRDeviceSimulator`.
