How to reproduce:
1.Open the "IN-137528" project
2.Open Assets/Samples/XR Interaction Toolkit/<XRIT version>/World Space UI > DemoScene.unity
3.Connect a XR headset using Quest Link
4.Enter Play mode
5.In Windows, click on another application window to lose focus from the Unity application
6.In XR, point and click on both: the UI Toolkit and UGUI world space panels
7.Observe the panels

Actual result: UI Toolkit panels are not interactive
Expected result: Both UI Toolkit and UGUI panels are interactive

Reproducible with: 3.0.0 (6000.0.0b13), 3.5.0-pre.1 (6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b12, 6000.5.0a9)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 (Quest Link)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Reproducible on devices:
Meta Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650

    Fixed a UI Toolkit related issue where world-space UI would become unresponsive while playing in the Editor on Quest Link when the Game view was not focused.

    Apologies, XR Interaction Toolkit 3.5+ wasn't showing up in the Package Manager, looking into updating to that version.

    Hello,

    I'm on 6000.4.8f1 and am still having this issue (w/ Quest3).

    Is there any additional context on what the fix is?
