"Window -> Panels" view displays "Check for Updates" window as opened when it's closed
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open and close the “Check for Updates” window
3. View the “Window → Panels” dropdown in the menu
Expected result: “Check for Updates” window isn’t displayed in the list of opened windows
Actual result: “Check for Updates” window is in the list
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2, 2023.2.0a1
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel), Windows 10
