When properties of a parent object using some Layout Component are changed, the Scene/game view are not getting refreshed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "SceneView Repaint Issue" scene
3. Select Button (UI.Text) in hierarchy
4. Change content size fitter's horizontal fit to Unconstrained
5. Attempt to change Rect Transform Width
6. Notice that button doesn't repaint accordingly
Note: disabling content size fitter or vertical layout group "fixes" the issue

Workaround: Force the RepaintAllViews() in your own script
