[WebGL] [Edge] Cubemap Reflections blurry in Microsoft Edge
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build it for WebGL
3) Run it on Edge
Reproduced in 5.5.0f3, 5.5.2p3, 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0a3
Reproduced in Edge 40.15048.0.0
Not reproduced in Chrome 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit), Canary 59.0.3040.0 (official) canary (64-bit) and Firefox 50.0
