[VR]eyeTextureWidth does not match full renderTargetWidth in SinglePassRendering
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Make sure VR is enabled
3. Enter Play mode
4. Open the Frame Debugger window
5. Press Enable
6. Select UpdateDepthTexture
7. View the RenderTarget width and console output for eyeTextureWidth
Expected result: RenderTarget Width is 2 X eyeTextureWidth
Actual result: RenderTarget Width is longer than 2 X eyeTextureWidth
Reproduced on: 5.4.4p3, 5.5.01p4, 5.6.0b8 with Oculus and Vive
