Visual studio fails to resolve assembly with Photon Voice when Editor builds WSA universal 10 solution with "C# project" setting
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "RemoteUserUnity" project
2. Open "game" scene
3. Go to build settings
4. WSA universal 10 solution with "C# project" setting enabled
5. Open built solution
6. Build x86 Debug build for local machine
Results: Build fails with System.Exception.
Reproduced with: 5.4.2f2, 5.4.0f1, 5.3.6f1
