[VisionPro] WebCamTexture fails to capture Persona stream frames
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Project.zip"
2. Open the "PersonaTest.unity" Scene
3. Verify that the "PersonaDisplayFix.cs" script is on the Quad GameObject
4. Build to a Vision Pro Device
Actual Result: The Persona is not displayed on the Quad mesh via WebCamTexture
Expected Result: The Persona should be displayed on the Quad mesh via WebCamTexture
Reproducible with: PolySpatial 3.1.4 (6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.0f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1)
Reproducible with these devices:
Apple Vision Pro
Notes:
-POLYSPATIAL_ENABLE_WEBCAM and Camera Usage Description are set
-The error displyed "FigCaptureSourceRemote err=-17281"
-The WebCamTexture Width/Height returned 16 even after waiting 10s

This is also present in PolySpatial visionOS 2.4.2, using Unity 6000.2.9f1

Reproducible on VisionOS 26.4 and later, works fine on VisionOS 26.3 and earlier.
