[VideoPlayer] H264 video doesn't loop on HTC One (OS 4.2.2)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run RenderTexture scene on Android device
3. Let H264 video loop
Result: After first play video doesn't loop
Reproducible: 5.6.2f1 , 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b1
Note: in 2017.2.0b1 video almost doesn't play
