[VFX/Cross] Material Settings are cleared while switching pipeline
* Cross Pipeline Project
* Cross Pipeline Unlit SG, both support VFX Graph & allow override, both opaque
* Current Pipeline setup with URP
* Create VFX, use Cross SG, Switch Output to additive
* Switch Pipeline setup with HDRP
* Switch Output to additive (again but so far, it's expected, surface type &
* blendmode doesn't match between URP & HDRP)
* Switch Pipeline setup with URP
* Observe Output: Back to opaque :red_circle: (expected: additive, change in HDRP isn't suppose to discard URP material settings)
