[UWP] Legacy Store icons aren't removed from Player Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1139095_repro.zip
2. Open Player settings
3. Notice that 70x70, 90x90, and 120x120 icons are located in Player settings
4. Build project for UWP
5. Open VS solution and navigate to Visual Assets
Results: 70x70, 90x90, and 120x120 icons were removed from VS manifest in Visual Assist section
