[URP] Dynamic Resolution can't be checked when Scene view tab isn't focused
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity URP project
2. Select the Scene view tab
3. Select the “Main Camera“ GameObject
4. In the Inspector go to Camera > Output
5. Check the “Allow Dynamic Resolution“ checkbox
6. Select the Game view tab
Expected result: “Allow Dynamic Resolution“ checkbox remains checked
Actual result: “Allow Dynamic Resolution“ checkbox unchecks and it’s impossible to check it
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a16), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b15), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a18)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.41f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.13f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.22f1), 14.0.2, 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a15), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a16)
Reproducible in: Standalone Player (Windows 10, used script attached in the comments)
