[URP] "Attempting to get Camera relative temporary RenderTexture" is thrown when tweening the Viewport Rect values of a Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "URP_RectTween_BugReport.zip" project
2. Select the "Cube" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press the "Show Cutscene Cam" button in the Inspector window
5. Press the "Remove Cutscene Cam" button in the Inspector window
6. Observe the Console log
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console log
Actual result: A bunch of errors is printed in the Console log (Full error messages in the Edit)
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.24f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.3f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.4f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a13)

This is an issue in 2021.3.1f1 and it's annoying.

This was marked as fixed for URP 12 but in URP 12.1.2 (2021.2.7) it's still an issue.
