Unable to see Min/Max values of Emission Bursts Count in the Particle Effect Editor when set to Random Between Two Constants
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1184253.zip")
2. Open "Sample" Game Object in Hierarchy
3. In the Inspector window under Particle System component press > Open Editor ...
4. Expand Emission module and observe Bursts Count values
Expected result: Values are visible
Actual result: Values are not visible
Reproducible in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.2.21f1
