Unable to connect existing projects to source control from the details view when Unity Cloud is not set up
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Create a new local project with no source control provider
- Expand the details of the project
- Observe the details of the project
Actual results: Only "Level up your game with Unity Cloud" info bar is displayed
Expected results: "Level up your game with Unity Cloud" info bar and "connect to source control " are displayed
Reproducible with versions: 3.17.2
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Workaround: "Connect to source control" can be accessed through the right-hand context menu
