[UIToolkit] Wrong font colour is set for text with rich text tags when it casts shadow
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TextColorRepro” project
2. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Both rendered text colours are identical and yellow
Actual result: Bottom text colour isn’t yellow
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a7, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.1.0a6
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.46f1 (Rich text isn’t featured)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
Note: The colour is set correctly to the text with tags if the shadows are disabled
