[Ubuntu] Player splashscreen does not fade into the first scene unlike shown in the preview
Steps to reproduce:
- Create and open a new URP 3D Project
- Open Edit > Project Settings > Player
- Expand "Splash Image" section
- Preview the splashscreen (observe the gradual fade into the first scene)
- Build and run the project
- Observe the splashcreen
Actual results: The splashscreen snaps to the first scene
Expected results: The splashscreen gradually fades into the first scene (matches the preview)

Notes:
- Seems that the reproduction is not consistent between different devices on the same platform (for example, take macOS - different devices, one reproducible, another not). This might be true for all platforms
- Reproducible on a Web build as well
- It appears that seemingly random devices are affected
