Toggle is missing for collecting logs from the Editor in Diagnostics tab
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project connected to Unity Cloud
2. Open Project Settings and navigate to Diagnostics tab (Edit > Project Settings > Diagnostics)
3. Observe the window
Actual result: There is no option to disable exceptions or any other logs from being collected during Play mode or in the Editor
Expected result: Toggles are present for disabling reporting from Editor
Reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS 26.3 (M1 Pro)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Said toggle was available with Cloud Diagnostics package that is being deprecated
