The <mark> tag is rendered above the text
While we are tackling this, we might want to look at adding the ability to choose the “rendering order” for other tags such as <u> and <s>.

Resolution Note:
Thanks for the report. As we invest more in UI Toolkit and TextCore (where this limitation will be lifted), we can only address major issues in uGUI and TMP. This is also more of a feature request than a bug.
