The Simulator view becomes fixed on the same resolution as the Game view when it's opened after the Game view
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the attached "DeviceSimulator.zip" project
# Open the Game view
# Switch to the Simulator view via the menu on the left upper corner
# switch back to the Game view
# Switch back to the Simulator view
*Expected:* Simulator view is smooth and fully visible
*Actual:* The Simulator view is not fully rendering and is fixed on the same resolution that was set on the Game view
*Reproducible with:* 2021.3.13f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
*Not reproducible with:* 3.1.0-preview (2020.3.46f1), 2021.3.12f1
*Workaround:*

Resolution Note (fix version 2023.2.0a22):
Switching to the Simulator view from the Game view will no longer change the Simulator view dimensions to be the same as the Game view.
