Texture Importer Inspector: Some settings get duplicated after script's recompile
How to reproduce:
1. Open provided example project
2. Select Assets/Green
3. Lock the Inspector
4. Right-click Assets/Scripts/NewBehaviourScript and select Reimport
Result: Observe that additional settings appear in the Inspector. Those setting are duplicated existing settings
