Test Runner Window causes large slowdown when entering play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Open Test Runner window (notice how long Test Runner window takes to load)
3. Play an empty scene
Expected result: Unity launches Play Mode fast
Actual result: Unity takes a long time to launch due to open Test Runner window
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.3f1, 2018.2.0b7
Notes:
- Workaround: Enter play mode with Test Runner window closed
- Profiler indicates that slow Play Mode launch happens due to backup-related processes
