[Terrain] Editor crash on "SpookyHash::Short" when opening the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "[Terrain] FTP.zip" project
2. Open the "06_AutomaticSpeedTreeInstancingLODs" scene (Assets -> Scenes -> GPU Instancing)
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible: 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproducible: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1
