Splash Screen still shows "2005 - 2021 Unity Technologies" while creating / opening project on Unity 2022.1
To reproduce:
1. Create a new Project on Unity 2022.*
2. Observe Project opening Splash Screen
Expected Result: It shows the date as "2005 - 2022 Unity Technologies"
Actual Result: It shows the date as "2005 - 2021 Unity Technologies"
Reproduced on Unity 2022.1.0b14
Not reproducible on Unity 2022.2.0a8 and 2022.2.0a9
